We ship worldwide

International shipments require 5 - 10 working days to arrive.

DELIVERY COSTS

International delivery is free with you order of Cast frames.

Unfortunately some countries are not available with our carrier DHL. 

 

'TRY IT ON' POLICY

Our 'Try It On' policy allows you to exeperiment with your choice of eyewear, and enjoy the option of a full refund or exchange should you find the item unsuitable. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days from when you receive the order. 

RETURNS

ON SALE ITEMS

We would love to be as flexible with our returns on sale items however as we include free shipping in our prices we do not offer returns on discounted products. We hope you make the right choice but if it turns out you're not 100% consider your purchase a gift for a worthy friend!

REFUND POLICY

Our customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty. 

Our policy under these circumstances is that if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and your items are faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; you will be entitled to a refund at the purchase price.

If you do not return the item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement product of equal value. Refunds can only be credited using original method of payment.

Please send all items back to us 'as new' and with all packaging included to:

Advised delivery address dependant on your shipping address.

Once your items have been received by our warehouse, please allow 7 working days for us to process your return. (Original delivery fees are non-refundable for international orders).

EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you find that your item does not fit or suit, we can allow exchanges for a different style (if available) or for another eyewear style of equal value. This is deemed applicable solely at the discretion solely of CAST EYEWEAR

To exchange your item, in the above circumstance, please email us your order details and an accompanying note explaining which style you require in exchange.

Items exchanged are at your own expense however your replacement items are shipped to you at no extra cost.

‘CHANGE OF MIND’ POLICY

We understand how difficult is is to hand-pick frames for your face, so we allow for a 'change of mind' policy for any online purchase valid for 7 days after receiving your order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once your order has been submitted, it is possible for you to make amendments prior to dispatch. If you contact us by phone or email info@casteyewear.com we are still able to edit the order providing it hasn’t be shipped.

If you have already received a shipping notification via email, this means that your order has already left our warehouse and therefore cannot be changed. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations. 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When an order has been paid for in full, we will notify you by email to inform you that your item/s have been shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW THESE ARE GENUINE CAST EYEWEAR ITEMS?

All items are shipped from the CAST warehouse. We guarantee our products are 100% authentic.

For your convenience, each eyewear style includes basic frame measurements.

All transactions are charged in US (US dollars).

We promise to protect your personal information. Any page at www.casteyewear.com that asks you for personal information is highly secure.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.

To further ensure your security, we use 2048-bit SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

WARRANTY

Cast Eyewear products are warranted for one year (two years in the European Union) from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Cast Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. Cast does not warrant against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Cast lenses will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Cast. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Customers who register their eyewear product with an approved proof of purchase to validate their limited warranty shall have the term of their limited warranty extended for a total of two years. All other terms and conditions of the limited warranty remain unchanged. Offer applies only to complete Oakley eyewear products. Failure to register will not impact the existing terms of warranty. Registration within 1 year of the date of purchase is required.

Scratched lenses are not covered under Cast express warranty policy.
